Terms and Conditions of Trade

Welcome to shopping at ARTEMIS Online Health Store. ARTEMIS is a New Zealand owned and operated health business. We are happy to provide you with an authentic herbal range of professional strength which is carefully crafted with certified organic and wildcrafted herbs.

Your use of ARTEMIS' web site to purchase our products is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully. By using this site or submitting an order for ARTEMIS Ltd. products you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and do not submit an order for products on this site. ARTEMIS Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to this site and to these terms and conditions at any time. Any such modifications will become effective upon the date they are first posted to this site.

2. Your representations

You represent and warrant that:

(ii) All information that you submit to ARTEMIS Ltd. is true and accurate, and

(iii) You will abide by all laws and regulations and codes of conduct applicable to your use of this site.

3. Order acceptance and cancellation policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order does not signify ARTEMIS Ltd.'s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ARTEMIS Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled you will receive a prompt refund. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. All orders over $1000 will be subject to further credit card checks. For such orders or if you do not have an approved credit card a direct bank transfer may be deemed necessary (see bank account on webshop). We regret that we are unable to supply some countries.

4. Shipping

New Zealand Deliveries

We dispatch your order as soon as funds are cleared - usually within 24 hours. New Zealand orders should reach you within 3-4 days of confirmation of your order.

International Deliveries

We dispatch your order as soon as funds are cleared - usually within 24 hours. Overseas orders are dispatched by airmail and should reach most destinations in around a week of confirmation of your order. South East Asia, UK and Europe are usually reached within 7-14 days.

Cancellation of orders:

You can cancel your order prior to dispatch.

5. Parcel insurance

All orders of the value of up to $250 are automatically insured. Please advise us if you require extra insurance which can be purchased for $15. This additional insurance will cover any New Zealand order of up to $2,000 and any international order of up to $1,500.

6. Back-order policy

We do not back-order items that we are out of stock of. Items that are currently unavailable are marked as 'unavailable' and cannot be ordered. In the unlikely event you order an item that is out of stock, or if we are unable to completely fulfil your order, then we will ask you to please re-order later. In the latter event we will credit your card with the amount you would have paid in excess. You are welcome to e-mail us if you wish to know when a currently unavailable item is expected to be available again

7. Customs

ARTEMIS Ltd. is not responsible for any possible issues with customs. Any costs incurred by customs inspections etc must be borne by the customer. Customs regulations in most countries allow the importation of health supplements for personal use. However it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their purchase can be imported into their country.

8. Returns Policy

Please order carefully - due to New Zealand health regulations we are unable to receive products back for the purpose of credit or refund. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or one that has been broken in transit, it is your responsibility to advise us within 48 hours of receipt. Incorrectly dispatched products will be credited for in full, if returned to us promptly (NZ: 2-3 days).

9. Safe shopping guarantee

ARTEMIS Ltd. has taken measures designed to make shopping on this web site safe. All credit card transactions are processed immediately with the New Zealand National Bank via Paystation's secure processing system. This secure HTTP interface allows for the most secure method of payment processing. It protects your private details by encryption, which means the card details you enter are entered directly into the banking system and are not stored by us. You will receive instant confirmation of transaction approval or decline prior to being returned to our website.

In the very unlikely event that you experience fraudulent use of your credit card as a result of shopping with us, notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Most companies will either cover all of the fraudulent purchases or hold you liable for a maximum of NZ$50. Should your credit card company discover fraud and hold you liable for some portion of the unauthorized charges ARTEMIS Ltd. will reimburse you for the maximum liability of NZ$50. In order to qualify for the safe shopping warranty you must use the secure server, as set out on our web site during the order process, to send us your credit card details.

ARTEMIS Ltd. is committed to protecting your privacy and we have adopted the following privacy policy. We do not pass on any personal information to anyone else and we have taken measures to ensure that personal information remains secure. However, the Internet can never be a totally secure environment and you must agree that ARTEMIS Ltd. is not liable for the acquisition of your address or other personal information by third parties without ARTEMIS Ltd.'s knowledge.
