New Zealand
We offer FREE delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $79. For orders under this amount, delivery costs just $6. We aim to deliver within 3 working days (or up to 5 days for rural delivery). At peak times it may take longer to process your order.

International
Outside of New Zealand, we currently deliver only to Australia.
If you wish to order artemis products from outside of New Zealand or Australia, we suggest you visit our retail partner, HealthPost, who stock a wide range of artemis products and ship internationally. Please click here to view their delivery options.
Please note that these rates apply to parcels weighing under 2kg. We will contact you if your parcel is over this weight, so there may be a delay in delivery.

Customs
Depending on your delivery country and the size of your order, there may be limitations on what you can import and fees applied by customs. Unfortunately artemis has no control in this area so it’s important you check your country's import rules before you order. Any costs incurred through customs or duty charges will be your responsibility.
Returns
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please contact us and we will be in touch. You can return your product for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
If the products delivered do not match your invoice, please notify us straight away. We will correct any error or inaccuracy within an order, so long as it is brought to our attention with 3 working days of you receiving your order.
